                                                   Warranty Page 

The products covered by this warranty are the property of Classic Awnings & Canopies, Inc. , until paid for in full. They can and will be repossessed at any time without notice due to non-payment. All checks that are issued to Classic Awnings & Canopies, Inc. that are returned for ANY reason, will have a $40.00 bounced check fee added to the principal balance, plus any additional bank fees. Payments forward from that point must be made via cash, bank or certified check. NO EXCEPTIONS. The warranty period starts when payment is received in full and all checks clear our bank. Upon expiration of the specific limited warranties provided herein, repair of the equipment (awnings, signage, equipment, etc.) will be your responsibility. You will be charged for any repairs not covered by this limited warranty. 

                                                     Warranty: 

The product warranties apply from the date of installation, except that no product warranty will be in force if purchaser shall have failed to pay the entire contracted purchase price, strictly according to the terms of the contract between the parties. 

                                              Limited Warranty: 

Your equipment has been designed and manufactured to provide a high level of trouble free performance. Classic Awnings & Canopies, Inc. believes in the experienced craftsmanship that goes into every one of its products and is pleased to offer this warranty. We suggest you read it thoroughly. Should you have any questions, please contact Classic Awnings & Canopies, Inc. Warranty claims do not extend the warranty term and warranty registration is not required for coverage. 

                                                What is Covered: 

The product warranty covers all defects in materials during the warranty period. Factory workmanship is warranted for one (1) year. Any and all existing frames are not covered under warranty. Sunbrella acrylic fabrics are warranted against excessive fading, mildew or rot. Other fabrics and materials "MAY" carry their own express written warranties of that manufacturer. Sunbrella awning grade fabric is offered with a 10 year limited pro-rated warranty from the date of installation from Sunbrella. Alutex retractable awnings carry their own limited 10 year warranty. See their respective websites for more details. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER WHAT THEY COVER. 

                                        What is Not Covered: 

Damage caused by accident, negligence, water pooling, misuse, abuse, alteration, failure to follow instructions, improper operation, civil disorder, wind storm, snow, ice, rain storm, fire, flood, earthquakes, and other acts of God. Failure to provide a reasonable degree of maintenance, or any other condition over which Classic Awnings & Canopies, Inc. has no control over. Damage resulting from repair or attempted repair by someone other than Classic Awnings & Canopies, Inc. or one of its affiliates, will void any and all warranties, including seasonal installations and removals. Holes in the fabric caused by mildew (mildew may form on the fabric if it is not maintained in a clean condition); Minor color changes in the fabric due to ultraviolet rays; The cost of loss of time, loss of use or any consequential or incidental damages, or outside labor; Damage/deterioration to any fabric or valance caused by its contact or rubbing against other materials or objects. 

                                                What is Limited: 

Valance and Binding: Since valances and valance bindings are more subject to fraying as the result of their greater potential for interaction with their environment, the warranty is limited to one (1) year. Furthermore, Classic Awnings & Canopies, Inc., are not electricians and cannot and will not make any primary electrical connections. Classic Awnings & Canopies, Inc. does not secure any awning, sign or any other permits. Every effort is made to insure that you will get years of use from your new equipment. Anything not mentioned in this warranty statement will be addressed by Classic Awnings & Canopies, Inc. on a case by case basis.
The customer (you) automatically agrees to ALL of these terms and conditions by giving Classic Awnings & Canopies, Inc. a deposit to start work regardless of how that deposit is make, i.e., check, cash, credit, etc. All decisions on warranty issues are final and binding. Customer gives up any right to take Classic Awnings & Canopies, Inc. or any of its affiliates to any type of court to seek any type of reward or award for damage to human, property, vehicle or other. 

                                                       Proposals
ALL bids & proposals are valid for a time period of 30 days. Anything over that time from is subject to re-bid. 

                                                          Covid
Given the unprecedented nature of the COVID-19 pandemic and it's continued impact on supply, manufacturing & vendor delivery this purchase order may incur some delays in fabrication & or delivery scheduling resulting from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately we cannot control vendor delivery dates. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please be assured that every effort will be made to insure a timely delivery of your project.
